Support & Advocacy
In-House Support
Our small multi-disciplinary team of support workers is available to build a plan and offer tailored help if and when women want to engage with this kind of support.
The team have wide knowledge around housing and homelessness, other local agencies, addictions, mental and physical health, accessing legal advice, accessing welfare support, employment issues and more.
Support workers also offer trauma informed emotional support and are ready to have conversations about domestic and sexual abuse including accessing therapeutic and practical support for these. They work with women involved in prostitution and sexual exploitation and can support them in sustainably exiting.
The team can develop individually tailored plans with each woman and we have no time restrictions on how long a woman can access our services.

“I don’t think I’ve ever worked somewhere that has such a focus on supporting individual women, taking each case as an individual person with individual needs. I am encouraged to provide specific support, meet women where they are at and can prioritise trust and relationships ahead of problem-solving.”
