Exiting Coordinator
£29,000pa (37.5 hours per week)

women@thewell is a women-only drop-in centre in Kings Cross. We provide a creative and supportive space for women, whose lives are affected by street based prostitution, including women who have been trafficked or are otherwise at risk.
Many of the women we work with experience:
• Rough sleeping or other problems with accommodation
• Substance use issues
• Mental health issues
• Problems with the criminal justice system or the immigration system; or
• Are victims of trafficking and modern slavery

This is an exciting time of growth for women@thewell and we are seeking a specialist Exiting Coordinator to work with us. You will have experience of working with vulnerable women with complex needs, have excellent interpersonal and relationship building skills and be passionate about supporting people to exit sexual exploitation. You will have a strong understanding of sustainable exit strategies for women and the barriers that they face.
The role is diverse and includes, building capacity within the existing staff team to support women to exit sexual exploitation, identifying routes out of prostitution, including supporting the development of a social enterprise, providing secretariat support to CAST and working directly with women to achieve sustainable exit.
You will be a multi skilled individual and a professional qualification in social work or a related field would be an advantage, though is not essential for the right candidate.
